Our story first began back in 2002 as a small retail shop named Potter & Moore. Fast forward 15 years, 4 retail stores, 1 wholesale outlet and a name change later, we are a go-to retail destination for all hair, beauty and fashion accessory needs. We are a "one stop shop" boutique!

 

Fortunately for us, our industry is evolving every day allowing us to grow and develop our extensive range of cosmetics, skin care ranges, hair products, styling tools, hair extensions, fascinators, jewellery, shoes, bags- well the list goes on ….

 

Stockists of brands like Ghd, Dermalogica, Schwarzkopf to name only a few, we strive to offer the highest quality & the most sought-after products at the most attractive prices.

In 2012 after a seemingly endless search to find a quality hair extension range, our own brand of hair extensions was born. We welcomed ‘Dream Goddess’ to our portfolio and added sister product ‘FairyTale’ ponytails a year later.

These additions gave us a renewed vision for our own brand and started us on the journey to our next adventure…

2017 /18 will see us expand further with the launch of our exciting online store, opening Franklins’ doors to the world!

 

TIMELINE

2002- We open our doors as Potter and Moore.  

2005 - Second outlet opened

 

2007 - Third out let opened. New professional brands added such as Edge nails and Dermalogica skin care

 

2009 - Fourth shop opens.

Wholesale outlet opens to the public.

 

2011 – We rebrand and open a bespoke showroom-We are now ‘Franklins’

 

2012 – Create "Dream Goddess" our own brand of Hair extensions

 

2013- Fifth outlet opens

Hairresistible 'Fairytales’ ponytails are added to the collection.

We launch into the world of weddings and start exhibiting at the wedding journal shows.

 

2014 – After 3 years of extensive testing and analysing different formulas, our colour team find the perfect colour house in Italy. Together we create Temora, a range of permanent 100ml tubes of hair colour.

 

2015- We begin offering complimentary colour courses and training to stylists using our Temora products. The strength of our Temora brand is enhanced and many salons are now using our new range of hair colouring products

 

2016- Our Wholesale outlet receives sole distributorship rights across N.I for many top brands

 

2017 – We create Franklins online …

 

2018- Research & Development extensively done for new lines to add to our own brand products. Sourcing and trialling from many new countries.

 

2019- Was a very exciting year for us in all areas of Franklins. We focused on rebranding of our HTL Essentials range, Consisting of professional hair & beauty products. In May we added clothing , casual and dresswear to our retail showroom. In August we announced and launched our new Dream Goddess Gel Polish range which completely blew us away with the response to it. We launched with an autumn collection and followed shortly after with a Christmas collection. We rounded off the year with a brand new website!
