Thank you for choosing to hire your headpiece from Franklins.
These terms outline the hire of all fascinators, hats and headpieces. Before renting from us you must read thoroughly the terms and conditions as strict returns policies will be enforced.
Your chosen headpiece will be sent on a Tracked Royal Mail and Signed service. You will be responsible for ensuring you are providing the correct address at time of order and being available to sign for the item or provide a safe place for delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange the safe return of the item to us. This should be carried out with a tracked service as we will not be able to refund deposits until receipt of the item .
To secure your booking, payment for your hire item must be made in full including the deposit. Your deposit will be immediately refunded on the safe return of each hire item.
Important notes
Headpieces/ fascinators are expensive, extremely delicate and easily prone to damage and wear and tear. These are our strict conditions for the rental of our pieces and must be adhered to.

If the headpiece is lost or damaged (including any dents, loss or damage to decoration, water damage, staining from makeup) then we reserve the right to retain the deposit if the hat is returned in an unsatisfactory condition or lost.

Your hat may be fitted with hypoallergenic tape where appropriate. This protects the headpieces from make-up stains, please do not remove it.

You agree to return the Headpiece on the agreed date. If we do not receive the piece back within ten days of rental we will not accept the return and the deposit will not be refunded.

The headpiece remains the property of Franklins , should you wish to keep the piece instead of returning please contact us so we can complete the order with you.

You are prohibited from making alterations to any hire pieces. The piece will be inspected and photographed before being dispatched , then carefully inspected upon return and if any alterations or damage is found we will not refund the deposit
